taking a pass

I had planned on posting about a quick dinner I was whipping up late this evening. Pasta, broccoli, some guanciale. And then… dinner wasn’t so good. In their parts, they were fine, but as a whole it was just… meh.

On the plus side, I have quince in the slow cooker poaching in a [cheap] bottle of sauvignon blanc and some honey. I hope to write about my love of quince soon.
